The Villa has been completely and carefully restored about ten years ago, always remaining preserved in its history and originality. The property consists of two villas: Villa Gritti and a Barchesa connected with a large living room with natural light, impeccable and charming with large and bright rooms, each floor with attention to detail. Villa Gritti features the ground floor with central hall (ceiling with exposed wooden beams) "Boffi" kitchen, a dining room and a large living room, these three spacious rooms are all in one large open area with exposed wooden beams ceiling, a study ( in the ceiling there are the original paintings from the time of construction of the house, around 1645). For all rooms the underfloor heating and Ac was completely new in 2008/2009. The floor is "Venetian Terrazzo" laid by hand by a great local craftsman, as was used in the past.Features one dressing room, a bathroom here the floor is in Carrara marble. One large laundry room and kitchenette with tile "Cotto Veneto" and a room under the stairs. Outside towards the garden on the east side of the villa there is the paved area with tiles and a wooden shed. Staircase leading to the first floor entirely in original Istrian stone. The floors on the two landings is in Venetian Terrace, original from the time of the Villa. First floor welcomes you into a open and spacious living area with a terrace in Istrian stone on the south side over looking the park. Ceiling with exposed wooden beams and wooden floor. One bedroom (north side, rear view of the park). One bathroom with tub and Carrara marble floor, One bedroom (master, south side park view) One bathroom has both exposed wooden beams and wooden floor. Two bedrooms with one bathroom with Carrara marble floor. Staircase leading to the Mezzanine floor with one leaving area and six rooms with wood floors. The Barchesa was renovated in 2008, front crafted of Pietra d'Istria handcrafted stone block floors with alarm sensors under the flooring, columns with original foundations on sight. First floor features two large living areas and dining area, billiard room and featuring open kitchen "Boffi" with freight elevator connected to the pantry located in the basement. The floor is all in cement resin (very much in style in Italy) and the ceiling has exposed beams for all the house. One bathroom is all covered with with Mosaico Bisazza tile. First floor with a large open space with four bedrooms and two large walking closet. From the master bedroom access to a terrace with floor in Istrian stone from Island of Brac hammered by hand. Last floor (Attic) features a large room with walking closet and bathroom, from here you can see the first floor and ground floor. The staircase leading to the basement from the first floor with concrete resin floor and "armored" safety lock with automatic shutters. All the windows are made of stainless steel. The "De Manincor" professional kitchen covered with white tiles including the floor, the ceiling is made of entire extractor hood and glass towards the liquid crystal dinning room. One bathroom covered in Bisazza Mosaic tiles. One wine cellar with floor in Istrian stone from the Island of Brac. One dressing room, One Turkish bath with chromotherapy, two bathrooms complete with shower all covered with Bisazza Mosaic tile. One cinema room star sky and teak floor, a gym with teak floor. A beautiful indoor pool is covered in Bisazza Mosaic while the outdoor floor is in teak in the ceiling there are three dehumidifiers and a window that takes light from the garden. A spacious pantry with cement resin floor and a freight elevator that connects to the kitchen on the ground floor and a large freezer compartment.
